The event organised by the Ministry of Justice and the Bulgarian Non-Business Law Centre in partnership with Maria's World Foundation, the Bulgarian Association of Persons with Intellectual Difficulties and the Global Initiative in Psychiatry, was attended by Michael Bach from the Canadian Institute for Research and Development of Inclusion in Society, Hussein Ismail, Deputy Ombudsman of Bulgaria, Verginia Micheva-Ruseva, Deputy Minister of Justice, MPs, legal professionals and lawyers.
