This Personal Data Protection Policy sets out the arrangements by which MARIA’S WORLD FOUNDATION - having its seat at: Sofia, 88, Bulgaria Blvd., Office 8, registered in the Register of Non-profit Legal Persons under No. 19169, volume 392, Register ІІ, page 145, based on a decision in company case No. 66/2012 by the Company Department at Sofia City Court, BULSTAT: 176246240, registered under No. 20120502042 in the Central Register of Non-profit Legal Persons to carry out public benefit activities – collects, uses, maintains and discloses data collected from users (individually “the User”) of www.mariasworld.org (“the Website”). This Personal Data Protection Policy applies to the Website and to the products and services provided by MARIA’S WORLD FOUNDATION through the Website.

What kind of data do we collect?

Personal identification data

When you place an order through our Website you may be asked to enter your name, email address and telephone number in relation to the services or resources offered by the Website. Providing your personal data is optional. You can also visit our Website incognito. We will collect personal identification data of you as an User only if you choose to provide such data by completing our Contact Form.

Supervisory authority

The supervisory authority responsible for the implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation in the Republic of Bulgaria is the Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP). If you believe that the rights conferred to you by the General Data Protection Regulation have been violated, you can lodge a complaint to the CPDP or to a court having jurisdiction on the matter.
